The QA/QC Engineer is a critical role in ensuring that the industries maintain high-quality standards across all engineering projects. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC policies, processes, and procedures for projects.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve detected quality issues effectively.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and improvement plans.
• Review project-specific quality plans and ensure compliance with objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams regarding QA/QC matters.
• Ensure all products and processes comply with relevant industry standards.
• Analyze product quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior engineers in quality assurance methodologies.
• Facilitate communication between departments to promote quality culture.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry quality standards and regulations.
• Identify, document, and track any non-conformance issues until resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a QA/QC engineering role.
• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance standards and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail essential for evaluating data.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
• Certifications in quality management systems such as ISO 9001 are desirable.
• Proven ability to handle pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
