QA/QC Engineer 04N25

A QA/QC Engineer ensures that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. They work to maintain the highest level of quality through various processes in the organization. This involves using different methods to check the quality of raw materials, components, and end products. Their work includes the design and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of quality issues, and the coordination with other departments to ensure continuous improvement. As part of the quality assurance team, they create and maintain detailed records of the inspection results and develop corrective action plans as necessary. They are pivotal in preventing defects during the production process and ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures across the organization.
• Identify quality issues and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence in processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure quality compliance in all areas.
• Analyze quality data to track and improve quality performance metrics.
• Lead investigation activities for corrective and preventive actions on non-conformances.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding quality specifications and standards.
• Train employees on quality control measures and inspect their implementation.
• Develop detailed reports on quality control inspections for upper management review.
• Ensure all products and materials comply with domestic and international standards.
• Generate documentation to support quality investigations and certification needs.
• Continuously refine and improve quality control processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a quality assurance/control role needed.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC methodologies and ISO standards highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data sets.
• Proven experience with conducting audits and implementing process improvements.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Proficiency with quality management software and MS Office applications essential.
