Job Description

The QA QC Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that products meet established quality and service management standards. By performing both quality assurance and quality control tasks, the coordinator facilitates the overall improvement of processes and products. The position involves conducting detailed inspections, audits, and assessments of both the products and processes, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Additionally, as a QA QC Coordinator, you will create and implement test processes and strategies aimed at improving product reliability and quality. You will work closely with various departments, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues, develop quality improvement plans, and ensure client satisfaction. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for effectively coordinating within teams and consistently driving the quality objectives of the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes for improved quality performance.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-compliance issues and provide root cause analysis.
  • Facilitate and conduct training sessions for staff on quality systems and improvement procedures.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Ensure products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements consistently.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of quality protocols.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality assurance tests and inspections results with accuracy.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams on quality-related matters and improvements.
  • Conduct performance reviews and feedback loops to drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to establish quality requirements and standards.
  • Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements for product or process non-conformities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a quality assurance or control role.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
  • Proficient in the use of quality management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
