We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA QC Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control plans for civil engineering projects.
• Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to assess quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate quality risks.
• Review and approve construction materials to ensure project specifications are met.
• Document and report any instances of non-compliance with quality standards.
• Provide training and support to project teams on quality assurance processes.
• Analyze project data and generate reports on quality performance metrics.
• Develop corrective action plans to address quality deficiencies identified.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Ensure that all quality assurance documentation is accurately maintained and updated.
• Participate in project meetings to ensure alignment on quality objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in QA QC within civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
• Proficient in using QA QC software and project management tools.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
