QA QC assistant

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated QA/QC Assistant to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will support the Head of Compliance and Compliance Supervisor in ensuring that all production processes and products meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You will be involved in laboratory testing, facility inspections, audits, and maintaining accurate documentation. This is a great opportunity for someone with a science background who is eager to develop their career in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related science
• 1–2 years of experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment (internship/entry-level acceptable)
• Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety systems
• Ability to perform basic laboratory and microbiological testing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
