QA Customer Supply Chain Manager - GNA And KSA

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager - CSC to lead food safety, quality, and compliance across GNA, KSA, and the Levant. The role ensures product quality and consumer trust across external manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, co-packers, and customers. The successful candidate will drive compliance, reduce complaints, meet customer expectations, and support business growth

Education & Experience:

• Master's Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Technology, Total Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance within the food, dairy, FMCG, or manufacturing industry prefreably dairy customer supply chain.Strong knowledge of Food Safety & Quality Management Systems, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance and drving shelf life trials and audits.
• Experience managing quality within complex, multi-country commercial supply chains.Knowledge of dairy products and production processes is highly preferr,ed.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and cross-functional environments.Key responsibilities.
• Lead complaint management processes, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementation.Oversee quality assurance activities across external manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, and co-packers.Develop and implement quality systems, procedures, and standards aligned with corporate requirements and local regulations.Drive audit readiness and execute distributor, customer, and partner audits along with market surveys.
• Provide QA leadership for new product development (NPD), innovation projects, and market launches.Manage product stability awareness programs, transport validation trials, and storage standards.Lead crisis management activities, including mock recalls, traceability exercises, and incident response.
• Partner with commercial, sales, regulatory, and supply chain teams to leverage Food Safety & Quality as a competitive advantage.Monitor regional quality performance, provide management reporting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Build strong relationships with customers, authorities, distributors, internal and external stakeholders to drive quality agends.
