As a Purchasing Manager (Brand Building Beauty) at P&G, you will be responsible for strategically sourcing and managing procurement activities related to our beauty brands, driving value and innovation while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for brand-building activities within the beauty sector, aligning with overall business objectives and leveraging market insights.
Lead competitive bid processes and negotiations with external suppliers, ensuring favorable terms, quality, and cost-effectiveness for P&Gs beauty brands.
Manage and administer commercial agreements and contracts with suppliers, ensuring adherence to terms, conditions, and legal requirements.
Utilize advanced analytics insights to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and innovation within the beauty purchasing portfolio.
Drive cash acceleration initiatives through effective purchasing practices and supplier relationship management.
Implement and maintain control self-assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies, anti-bribery regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Leverage procurement platforms such as Coupa and PBI (Purchases Business Intelligence) to optimize purchasing processes, track performance, and generate actionable insights.
Forecast and track annual savings, reporting on key performance indicators and contributing to the financial health of the beauty business.
Ensure adherence to information security protocols and data privacy requirements throughout the purchasing lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand brand needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure successful execution of brand-building initiatives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing strategy policy and purchasing best practices within the organization.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications (Who are we looking for) :
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) or Business-Related disciplines.
Real passion for e-commerce, digital marketing & channel retail.
Demonstrably strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Previous experience positively collaborating with & influencing external parties.
Able to conduct business in English. Arabic is a plus.
