Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal departments to accurately forecast demand and supply needs.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
  • Maintain and update a reliable vendor database for timely procurement processes.
  • Review and analyze purchasing reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Lead a team of purchasing agents and provide guidance and training as necessary.
  • Establish effective communication channels with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any issues with suppliers or purchase orders promptly.
  • Optimize the supply chain process to enhance productivity and minimize waste.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar procurement role.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of supply chain management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficient in procurement software and tools for efficient operations.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
