Purchase Executive

1. Procurement & Supplier Management

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and required services.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliability.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to secure cost‑effective and quality‑focused supply agreements.

2. Inventory & Material Planning

• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and coordinate with production for timely replenishment.

• Conduct regular market research to track price trends, new materials, and alternative supplier options.

• Ensure materials purchased meet required specifications through coordination with quality and engineering teams.

   

3. Purchase Operations & Documentation

• Issue purchase orders, track order status, and follow up with suppliers on timelines.

• Resolve delivery discrepancies, delays, or quality‑related issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation for audit readiness.

   

4. Compliance, Coordination & Process Excellence

• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and best practices.

• Build strong internal relationships with production, engineering, and quality teams.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes.
