Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government-related processes for company licensing, visas, and regulatory compliance across Dubai Mainland and UAE Free Zones. The role involves liaising with government authorities, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and providing reliable support to clients and internal teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

PRO Duties:

 

Licensing & Permitting:

  • Manage all aspects of company licensing and registration processes in Dubai, including Mainland and Free Zone setups.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations, including DED, Dubai Municipality, and Free Zone regulations.

Government Relations:

  • Liaise effectively with government departments such as DED, GDRFA, Immigration, Dubai Municipality, and Free Zones.
  • Secure all necessary approvals and licenses from relevant authorities.
  • Represent Strive Consultants and clients at government departments.

Visa & Immigration:

  • Process and manage visa applications and renewals for Strive Consultants employees and clients.
  • Advise clients on visa and immigration requirements.

Legal & Documentation:

  • Assist with legal documentation, including MOUs, Power of Attorney, and other legal agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Proactively research and monitor changes in UAE regulations and legislation.
  • Advise management on the implications of regulatory changes and recommend appropriate courses of action.

Client Support:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients on all licensing and immigration matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of all licenses, permits, visas, and government interactions.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

Provide safe and reliable transportation for Strive Consultants personnel, clients, and visitors. Ensure vehicle maintenance and a professional appearance. Manage daily routes and schedules effectively. Assist with errands as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business setup and licensing procedures in UAE.
  • Proven experience liaising with government authorities in the UAE.
  • Very good knowledge of regulatory requirements in UAE, including trade licensing, visas, immigration, work permits, resident permits, and labor documentation.
  • Valid UAE drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English is a strong asset.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
