Job Summary

We are hiring a PRO to handle operations duties as part of the after-sales process in light of our expanding sales. PRO's duties encompass coordinating with the internal and external teams to process the client's application, adhering to any necessary due diligence, and collaborating with advisers to fulfill all needs and ensure all license, visa, medical, Emirate ID, and labor permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal.

He will be responsible for managing the public image and communications of the company. Their main goal is to build and maintain a positive reputation for the company with the public, media, clients, and government entities. The candidate will play a very important role of processing visa, work permits, issuance of trade license and other legal documents. The candidate has to communicate with ministries and government authorities for various approvals and processes.

Public Relations Officer (PRO) Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree /Diploma holder in any discipline
• Good work experience in a PRO role with Dubai authorities (Mainland & Freezone)
• Thorough knowledge of UAE laws and regulations / Immigration process
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English language verbal and written skills
• Handle and track all the applications with government and respective authorties.
• Candidates have to represent the company at locations such as police stations, freezones, government authorities, labor departments, immigration etc.
• Candidate has to maintain a very good working relationship with all the government entities i.e. Labor, Immigration, MOHRE, Dubai Economy departments.
• Candidate has to be aware with the current legal processes and adapt to the changes as per ministry guidelines.
• Candidate has to handle all the documents of the client and have to maintain confidentiality for the same.
• The candidate has to Handle MOL Complaints and Immigration issues of respective clients.
• The candidates have to obtain new employment visas/work permits for all expatriate employees.
• Facilitate and follow-up cancellation of visas for employees and dependents.
• Track and manage all government-related paperwork, including visa applications, company renewals, and cancellations.
• Candidate has to liaise with UAE Immigration department in obtaining business entry visas for global business visitors.
• Calculate and process final settlements adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Its ideal that the client is well-versed with the UAE Labor Law.
  
  

Desired Candidate Profile for Public Relation Officer (PRO)

• The candidate must be a Graduate or have an Equivalent Degree.
• Its ideal that the candidate have a valid UAE driving license.
• The candidate should speak fluently in Arabic and English.
• The candidate should have expertise of using government systems.
• Knowledge of government laws and regulations is added advantage.
• UAE Experience is a must and have experiencce of working in Dubai
