Public Relations Officer (PRO)

We are currently looking for a PRO to join our team. Only qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
🔹 Job Responsibilities
Process employment visas and work permits for expatriate employees in compliance with UAE regulations
Monitor, track, and renew employee residence permits to ensure uninterrupted legal status
Handle visa applications for employees’ dependents, including new visas, renewals, and cancellations
Manage visa cancellations for employees and dependents, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
Liaise with UAE immigration authorities and government entities for employment and business-related matters
Coordinate medical tests, Emirates ID procedures, and police formalities in special or sensitive cases
Oversee company licenses and renewals with relevant authorities (Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Finance, etc.)
Advise employees and management on visa processes, legal requirements, and government procedures
Maintain accurate records of all visa transactions and government documentation
Stay updated on UAE labor and immigration laws to ensure full compliance

🔹 Requirements
Age: 30–40 years old
Valid UAE driving license (Manual & Automatic)
Proven experience in PRO duties and driving is a must
Knowledge of UAE locations and government procedures
Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Presentable, customer-friendly, and professional attitude
Hardworking, honest, and proactive
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Can join immediately
