Job Description

The role of a Public Relations & Office Manager is a pivotal position that bridges the gap between an organization's internal and external environments. This dual-role professional is tasked with orchestrating diverse publicity campaigns while also ensuring smooth and efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will wear two hats: fostering productive relationships with the media, stakeholders, and the public while managing administrative operations to enhance business performance. An exceptional individual in this role will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, and evaluate public relations strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage media relations, including drafting press releases and coordinating responses to inquiries.
  • Organize and oversee company events and key public relation activities to boost engagement.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and the public.
  • Identify emerging industry trends to strategize on future media opportunities.
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
  • Manage office-related budgets, procurement, and expenses efficiently.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations in all office operations.
  • Supervise office staff and provide training and development when necessary.
  • Implement and uphold a positive company culture within the office environment.
  • Track, analyze and report on the outcomes of PR campaigns and office operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in public relations and office management roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage simultaneous priorities.
  • Proficiency with office management software and public relations tools.
  • Ability to develop creative PR campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage media relations and develop positive stakeholder relationships.
