Job Summary

Supports administrative operations and coordination of human subjects research

studies

Responsibilities

  • Maintain supply inventory, including ordering supplemental test articles and returning

unused test articles to sponsor.

  • Prepares and maintains regulatory documents.
  • Enters demographic information into a database.
  • Determines visit windows from protocol, schedules subject visits and sends visit

reminders.

  • Organizes and prepares area for study related equipment and supplies.
  • Schedules and coordinates pre-study and monitor site visits.
  • Transmits Case Report Form data by fax, express mail, or other means dictated by

sponsor.

  • Ensures study visits and procedures do not conflict with existing schedules.
