Job Summary
Supports administrative operations and coordination of human subjects research
studies
Responsibilities
- Maintain supply inventory, including ordering supplemental test articles and returning
unused test articles to sponsor.
- Prepares and maintains regulatory documents.
- Enters demographic information into a database.
- Determines visit windows from protocol, schedules subject visits and sends visit
reminders.
- Organizes and prepares area for study related equipment and supplies.
- Schedules and coordinates pre-study and monitor site visits.
- Transmits Case Report Form data by fax, express mail, or other means dictated by
sponsor.
- Ensures study visits and procedures do not conflict with existing schedules.
