Support the day-to-day administration and supervision of cleaning, security, landscaping and concierge service contractors and frontline property management staff for residential properties managed by the Corporation
Co-ordinate with the technical team to provide quality maintenance services
Handle enquiries and complaints by residents or owners
Organise community activities, attend the Owners’ Committee meetings and other events during non-office hours to build and maintain positive relationship with owners
Requirements
Degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management; OR
Higher Diploma with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
Strong interpersonal skill with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in various software applications, such as word processing and Microsoft Office
Experience in managing high-end residential buildings is an advantage
Remarks
The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
