Role Description The Property Inspector is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for conducting detailed inspections of residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include assessing building condition, safety, and compliance, documenting findings, and preparing clear inspection reports. The role involves coordinating with property managers, maintenance teams, and clients to schedule inspections, explain results, and recommend necessary repairs or improvements. The Property Inspector will support ongoing property management activities and may assist in identifying opportunities for additional maintenance services or upgrades to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Property Inspections and general Inspection skills, including the ability to identify defects, safety issues, and maintenance needs.
• Candidates should possess Property Management skills to coordinate with stakeholders, understand maintenance workflows, and support ongoing property operations.
• Candidates should possess New Business Development skills to recognize service opportunities, suggest value-added solutions, and support growth initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, explain inspection findings clearly, and handle concerns effectively.
• Relevant experience in facilities, construction, or building maintenance, preferably in residential or commercial properties.
• Ability to read and interpret basic building plans, standards, and safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for reporting, photography, and data entry; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Dubai as required.
