What You Will Be Doing

• Prospect, qualify, and manage buyer, seller, and investor leads across Dubai’s off-plan and secondary (ready) residential and commercial markets.
• Conduct property viewings, developer showrooms visits, and client consultations to match investors with high-ROI opportunities.
• Negotiate offers, terms, and payment structures to take transactions from initial inquiry to successful transfer/booking.
• Actively build your own listing portfolio and pipeline through networking, cold outreach, and social media presence.
• Maintain accurate client updates and pipeline tracking in the company CRM.

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven Hustle & Sales DNA: Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent, Property Consultant, or Leasing/Sales Executive in Dubai is a strong advantage. High-performing candidates from automotive sales, hospitality, aviation, luxury retail, or B2B sales are also strongly encouraged to apply.
• Communication & Presence: Fluent, confident spoken and written English is mandatory. Additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, Persian, Hindi/Urdu, French, or German) are a major plus.
• Self-Starter Mentality: You understand that a commission-only role has no ceiling your work ethic directly dictates your paycheck.
• Local Availability: Must currently be inside the UAE and available for an in-person interview in Dubai.
• Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are highly preferred (but not strictly mandatory).

Compensation & Progression Path

• Compensation Structure: 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped).
• Commission Tiers: Tiered slab structure starting at 50% and scaling up to 80% + performance bonuses based on monthly/quarterly targets.
• Residency & Benefits: Company Employment Visa + RERA Broker Card provided upon hitting your initial deal milestone.
