GI Properties is looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Secondary Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals who are passionate about real estate and eager to build a successful career in Dubai's property market.

If you have a strong background in sales—preferably within luxury brands, premium retail, automotive, hospitality, or other high-end customer-focused industries—and enjoy building relationships, negotiating, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties within Dubai's secondary market.
• Conduct property viewings and present properties professionally while understanding clients' needs.
• Guide clients throughout the sales journey, from the initial consultation to successful deal closure.
• Negotiate offers and agreements while ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success.
• Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate market trends, pricing, and industry developments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through outstanding customer service and professionalism.

• Previous experience in sales is required, preferably within luxury retail, luxury automotive, hospitality, banking, or other premium customer-facing industries.
• Passion for real estate and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in the industry.
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
