Role Description The Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Property Consultant will identify and present suitable luxury property options to clients, conduct viewings, and provide personalized advisory services aligned with each client’s investment and lifestyle goals. Daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries, nurturing long-term relationships, preparing and delivering sales presentations, and negotiating offers to close transactions. The role also involves staying informed about market trends, new developments, and regulatory requirements in the UAE, as well as maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong consulting and real estate advisory skills, with a solid understanding of luxury property markets in Dubai and the wider UAE.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust, handle confidential information, and present complex information clearly.
  • Candidates should possess customer service capabilities, focusing on personalized experiences, responsiveness, and long-term relationship management.
  • Candidates should possess sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing techniques, and the ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, plus RERA certification or eligibility, are highly beneficial.
  • Prior experience in real estate or luxury sales, strong local market knowledge, proficiency with CRM tools, and fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage) are preferred.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment are essential.
