Role Description

The Property Consultant – Spanish Speaker is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The role involves advising clients on property purchases, sales, and investments, with a focus on Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and professional guidance throughout the real estate process.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property viewings, managing client inquiries, preparing and presenting property proposals, and negotiating offers to close transactions.

The Property Consultant will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate regulations and market trends, build and manage a portfolio of clients, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.

• Candidates should possess strong consulting and advisory skills to guide clients through property decisions and investment strategies.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Candidates should possess customer service skills to build long-term relationships, respond to inquiries promptly, and provide a high standard of client care.
• Candidates should possess sales skills to generate leads, conduct follow-ups, negotiate effectively, and close real estate transactions.
• Candidates should possess real estate knowledge, including familiarity with Dubai’s property market, legal requirements, and local procedures.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in real estate or property consulting, strong interpersonal and networking skills, and proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Dubai and comply with local licensing requirements.
