As a Property Consultant specializing in luxury real estate, you will play a pivotal role in the high-end property market, assisting affluent clients in finding their dream homes or investment opportunities. This dynamic position requires a deep understanding of luxury properties, market trends, and client needs. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with elite clients, providing expert advice on property selection, and guiding them through the buying or leasing process.   • Coordinate property viewings and meetings between owners and potential buyers.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and promotional activities for listings.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between legal, financial advisors, and clients.
  • Provide follow-up support post-transaction to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Attend networking events to expand business connections and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in luxury real estate sales or consulting expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury property market and industry regulations.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and customer relationship management tools.
  • Valid real estate license or certification as mandated by local regulations.
