Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal requirements and market conditions influencing their decisions.

• Track progress against sales forecasts and submit regular performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Property Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential for this role.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple client portfolios effectively.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid real estate salesperson license or certification is highly desirable.
