Requirements

  • Proven experience in property consulting or real estate sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of property laws, regulations, and real estate market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals satisfactorily for clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing property transactions.
