Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients regarding listings.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and the legal requirements involved in buying and selling properties.
• Negotiate property sales and lease agreements on behalf of clients to ensure optimal terms.
• Research and analyze market trends to identify potential investment opportunities for clients.
• Prepare and submit sales contracts and other necessary documents for property transactions.
• Establish relationships with real estate developers, lawyers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Promote properties through various marketing channels, including print and digital media.
• Coordinate property inspections and appraisals to ensure all client queries and concerns are addressed.
• Provide guidance and assistance during the process of property negotiations and transactions.
• Follow up with clients about their experience and acquire feedback for service improvement.
• Stay updated on developments in the real estate sector to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Property Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and property laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with clients.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other real estate management tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate property value and market conditions accurately.
