Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will be an expert in real estate, guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting process in various properties. Your role will involve understanding client needs, market dynamics, and maintaining valuable relationships with clients and partners in the industry. You will utilize your comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions to help clients make informed decisions. This includes staying current with market regulations and trends to provide accurate advice. Exceptional negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach are crucial as you aim to match clients with their ideal property, ensuring satisfaction and successful transactions.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and meet with prospective clients to assess their property needs and requirements.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on property values and industry trends.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties.
  • Negotiate property deals and prepare necessary documentation for transactions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service and networking.
  • Conduct site visits and property viewings with clients and provide detailed insights.
  • Collaborate with legal and financial professionals to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Assist clients in determining suitable financing and mortgage options for properties.
  • Prepare and manage all property listings, advertising materials, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate property appraisal and inspection activities to assess property conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and transactions.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or property consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of property market trends and real estate transaction processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required in client interactions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a network of industry contacts and clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office for record-keeping and communication.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
