  • Assist clients in understanding and interpreting property appraisals and financial documentation.
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service support to resolve concerns and facilitate smooth transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate, sales, or property management is essential.
  • Strong understanding of property market dynamics and investment opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.
  • Current real estate license or certification, as per local jurisdiction requirements.
