Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Property Consultant or in real estate roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust.
  • Sound knowledge of real estate property laws and market trends.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role.
  • Familiarity with property management and sales software applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
