Job Description

A Property Consultant plays a crucial role in the real estate industry, offering expert guidance to both buyers and sellers during property transactions. This position requires a profound understanding of the real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to cultivate strong client relationships. As a Property Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their property needs, conduct market research, and provide advice that fosters successful deals. Responsibilities

  • Participate in property exhibitions and marketing activities to promote listings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience working in real estate sales or property consultancy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets and property values.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and properties concurrently.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases and digital marketing platforms.
