As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the real estate market, offering expert advice, and finding the perfect properties that match their needs and preferences. Your aim is to simplify the buying, selling, or renting process, making it more accessible and rewarding for clients. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, an in-depth understanding of real estate and property trends, and the ability to foster relationships with clients and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the local real estate market. Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess prospective clients' property needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on property sale, purchase, and lease options.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information to clients.
  • Negotiate sale and leasing agreements that meet client expectations and budget.
  • Maintain an updated database of available properties and market trends.
  • Liaise with legal and financial advisors to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships.
  • Monitor local real estate market to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and renters.
  • Prepare and present detailed property reports and analysis to clients.
  • Stay informed about property laws and regulations affecting the market.
  • Coordinate with property owners for ongoing maintenance and repairs needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or similar role required.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and current trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for success.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate databases is required.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle for property viewings and visits.
