Job Description

As a Property Consultant, you will be at the forefront of facilitating property transactions that ensure our clients' real estate investments are successful and hassle-free. Leveraging your expertise in the property market, you will guide clients through purchasing, leasing, and selling various types of real estate, ranging from residential and commercial properties to investment opportunities. Your role requires excellent negotiation skills, a robust understanding of market trends, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. You should be adept at identifying client needs and presenting them with properties that match those needs in terms of budget and aspirations. A strong legal and financial acumen is an asset, as you will also advise clients on the implications of real estate transactions, ensuring they are well-informed on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and other information crucial to making informed decisions.


Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with advice on purchasing, selling, and leasing real estate properties.
  • Research and analyze market trends to offer accurate price evaluations to clients.
  • Prepare and present real estate documents such as contracts and purchase agreements.
  • Negotiate sales agreements, lease contracts, and terms with buyers, sellers, or landlords.
  • Coordinate property viewings with potential buyers and present possible offers to sellers.
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties in the real estate market.
  • Establish and nurture strong professional networks within the real estate community.
  • Offer complete and detailed reports on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Attend property events, exhibitions, and conferences to stay updated with industry trends.
  • Assist clients in navigating financial and legal aspects of real estate transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client relationships and referrals.
  • Manage administrative aspects of real estate transactions and follow up on contractual agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales and consultancy for a minimum of two years.
  • In-depth understanding of local property markets, laws, and regulations.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Ability to provide sound financial advice regarding property investments and transactions.
  • Proficiency in using real estate management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex data and provide clear interpretations.
