Property Advisor Dutch French German

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its multinational team and is looking for Dubai-based Property Advisors who are fluent in Dutch, French or German to join our growing Off-Plan division.

This opportunity is specifically for professionals currently based in Dubai/UAE with experience in the local real estate or luxury sales market. We are not recruiting overseas candidates for relocation.

We are looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals who can use their language skills to build strong relationships with international clients and investors.

• Currently based in Dubai/UAE
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales
• Fluent in Dutch, French or German
• Previous Dubai/UAE real estate experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
