Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in real estate or sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and current market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close sales efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases and property management software.
  • Valid real estate license and adherence to all professional ethical standards required.
