As a Property Advisor, you will play an integral role in guiding clients through the complex landscape of real estate investments. The role requires a deep understanding of market trends, property evaluations, and the nuances of real estate transactions. Whether dealing with residential, commercial, or industrial properties, you will provide strategic advice, ensuring clients make informed decisions. Responsibilities

  • Host open houses and property exhibitions to showcase properties to potential buyers.

  • Stay updated on federal, state, and local real estate regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to promote available properties effectively.
  • Report regularly to management, providing insights into market trends and case studies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and statistics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record in real estate sales or advisory roles.
  • Familiarity with real estate management software and analytical tools.
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with a diverse client base.
