Job Description

As a Property Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their real estate needs, offering expert advice and guidance in the buying, selling, and investing of properties. You will be expected to utilize your deep market understanding and skilled negotiation capabilities to facilitate successful property transactions. Your aim is to provide unparalleled customer service and to build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their individual needs and preferences. The ideal candidate is proactive, with a strong knowledge of the property market, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse client portfolio.


Responsibilities

  • Educate potential clients about the current real estate market trends and pricing.
  • Conduct property viewing sessions, highlighting key selling features and advantages.
  • Assist clients in evaluating properties by providing analytical reports and advice.
  • Negotiate property deals with buyers, sellers, and real estate agents professionally.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all property transactions and client interactions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and meetings.
  • Collaborate with legal and financial professionals to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Stay updated with government regulations and property market policies affecting real estate.
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful property transactions through strategic marketing.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support and maintain satisfaction levels among clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new property development opportunities.
  • Organize and participate in property exhibitions, sales events, and community seminars.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a property advisor or in a similar real estate role.
  • Strong understanding of the local property market and current trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients.
  • Adept at negotiation strategies and closing property deals efficiently.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in using property management software and CRM tools effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Flexibility to work during weekends or evenings for client convenience.
  • A valid real estate license is highly preferred but not always mandatory.
