Job Description

As a Property Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking to buy, sell, or rent properties. Your expertise in the real estate market will be instrumental in guiding clients through the nuances of property transactions, ensuring they make informed decisions that align with their needs and goals. With a deep understanding of market trends, regulations, and property valuations, you will offer strategic advice that maximizes client satisfaction and investment potential.   • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties through various channels effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields required.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, advisory, or a similar real estate role.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends and property valuation principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Proficient negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients in transactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with property regulations, legal contracts, and transaction documentation.
