About the Role:

The Promoter is responsible for creating brand awareness, engaging potential customers, and driving product sales or event participation. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer interaction, demonstrating product knowledge, and representing the brand professionally across assigned outlets, events, or activation sites. The Promoter ensures consistent execution of promotional activities, effective merchandising, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage customers to promote products, campaigns, and brand offerings.
  • Represent the brand professionally in all customer and store interactions.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and promotions clearly and persuasively.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on new launches.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations to drive customer understanding and interest.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and stock availability at assigned locations.
  • Execute promotion guidelines and merchandising standards accurately and consistently.
  • Provide excellent customer experience through strong engagement and service delivery.
  • Collect customer feedback and escalate issues or insights as needed.
  • Provide accurate and timely daily activity, sales, and feedback reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of promotional stands, booths, or display areas.
  • Support brand events, sampling activities, and marketing activations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, supervisors, and marketing teams to optimize performance.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with store staff and supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational procedures, reporting requirements, and brand standards.

Required skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in promotions, sales, retail, or customer service.
  • Experience in FMCG. Electronics and cookware are an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors Degree is a plus).
