Promoter - Cosmetics Division Mall Booth Sales

Job Summary:

The Cosmetics Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling the company's cosmetic and skincare products from mall kiosks/booths. The role focuses on attracting customers, demonstrating products, achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and enhancing brand awareness while maintaining an attractive and professional booth presentation.

Key Responsibilities – Cosmetics Sales, Product Promotion & Customer Engagement

• Promote cosmetic products in retail settings by demonstrating features and benefits to encourage interest and sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Actively approach and engage shoppers to introduce and promote cosmetic and skincare products.
• Meet and exceed sales targets using consultative selling and understanding customer needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Ensure the booth is clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times
  
  

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cosmetics, skincare, perfume, beauty retail, or FMCG promotional sales.
• Experience working in malls, retail stores, kiosks, or promotional events is preferred.
