Projects Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Projects Coordinator / Civil Engineer to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, monitoring site progress, managing documentation, and supporting smooth project execution in compliance with project requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Monitor daily site activities and project progress
• Prepare project reports, technical documents, and correspondence
• Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
• Follow up material deliveries and site requirements
• Ensure work execution is as per approved drawings and standards
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
• Attend project meetings and maintain proper documentation
• Support quantity estimation and site measurements when required
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction projects
• UAE/GCC construction experience preferred
• Knowledge of project coordination and site execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage
