Job Purpose

Join Basatin Landscaping as a Project Technical Manager based in Dubai, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding technical aspects of construction projects within our Operations - Construction department. You will ensure that all projects adhere to the highest standards, aligning with client expectations and company goals while fostering innovation and excellence in landscaping solutions.

Roles, Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead and supervise technical project planning, implementation, and delivery to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee technical problem-solving and decision-making processes, providing expert guidance and support to project teams.
• Monitor compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout all phases of project development.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders to maintain transparency and collaboration.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations to update senior management on project progress and risks.
  
  

Qualification

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related technical field. Advanced certifications or postgraduate qualifications in project management or relevant disciplines are highly desirable.

Sound technical knowledge of construction processes, landscape project requirements, and industry best practices is essential. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is expected to ensure efficient project delivery and resource allocation.
