To lead and transform the Infrastructure Sales Division across the Gulf Five region by driving profitable growth, expanding market share, and driving sales of newly introduced product lines. The role is responsible for setting and executing a clear regional sales strategy in close coordination with the Product Management team, strengthening value-based selling capabilities, cross-portfolio selling, drive an optimized product mix strategy, and building a high-performing commercial team aligned with long-term business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Regional Sales & Growth Strategy
Define and execute a regional Infrastructure sales strategy for the Gulf Five (including UAE), aligned with the company’s growth, margin, and market-positioning objectives.
Identify priority markets, segments, and key accounts to drive sustainable revenue growth and increased market share.
Coordinate closely with strategic partners such as VAG Middle East to drive joint business growth, align go-to-market strategies, and maximize regional opportunities.
Margin growth and Value Selling
Lead the shift from price-driven to value-based selling by embedding value-selling principles.
Develop and implement pricing and margin improvement strategies
Own and actively manage the regional sales funnel to ensure a strong, high-quality pipeline with healthy conversion rates.
New Product introduction
Take ownership of the go-to-market strategy for newly introduced and strategic GF product lines within the Infrastructure portfolio.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Procurement) to ensure successful product introduction.
Leadership, Governance & Performance Management
Provide strong technical and commercial leadership to the regional Utility sales team, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and high performance.
Partner with the General Manager – GF, MENAT to develop annual budgets, regional targets, and growth plans based on market intelligence and business forecasts. Cascade targets to team members, monitor performance rigorously, and take corrective action to ensure consistent target achievement. Ensure optimization of SalesForce.
Credit & Operations
Work closely with Credit Control to manage customer credit exposure, receivables, and risk profiles, ensuring prudent risk management without limiting growth.
Collaborate with Operations to ensure timely execution of sales orders and proactive communication of delivery commitments or changes.
Customer Experience & Brand Strengthening
Ensure customer satisfaction remains a strategic priority by actively monitoring feedback, addressing concerns, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
Strengthen the company’s reputation as a preferred Infrastructure solutions provider in the G5 region.
Sales Governance, Data & Reporting
Establish and maintain robust sales governance, data management, and reporting frameworks to support transparency, decision-making, and performance tracking.
Contribute to the development and enforcement of regional sales policies, processes, and best practices.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 15+ years of relevant industry experience, including minimum 5 years of leadership experience and demonstrated success in meeting business targets.
