Job Description

The Project & Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of projects, alongside optimizing operational processes within the organization. This role requires a dynamic individual who is capable of multitasking and possesses strong organizational skills to support multiple projects simultaneously. The coordinator acts as a bridge between various departments, facilitating communication and ensuring that all project phases from inception to completion are handled efficiently. They must be adept at scheduling, resource allocation, and monitoring project progress to keep everything on track and within budget. Additionally, the coordinator must possess excellent problem-solving capabilities to address any issues that may arise, ensuring that operational objectives are met and projects are delivered successfully and on time.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout all project phases.
  • Allocate resources appropriately and maintain a clear project schedule for all phases.
  • Identify potential risks and problems, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports for all stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular meetings to track project progress and resolve any emerging issues.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
  • Support the operations team by streamlining processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring optimal use of available resources and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyze project performance and prepare reports to assess results and outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment to achieve organizational goals and project deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or management within a dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and operational procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting strict deadlines.
