Project Manager

Noorka Logistics is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can lead logistics projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality, budget, and timeline objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee logistics and operational projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
• Manage project budgets, costs, and resource allocation effectively.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among project teams.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in project management, preferably within logistics or operations.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
