2. About the Opportunity:


The Business Intelligence (BI) Project Manager leads and coordinates BI projects across the organization, ensuring execution, accountability, and operational rigor. This role drives visibility of BI priorities and progress, manages cross-functional initiatives, and aligns project management practices within the broader operations function. The position is central to advancing BI goals and maintaining momentum on key deliverables.


3. Responsibilities:


• Lead end-to-end execution of BI projects from intake to closure

• Define project scope, timelines, ownership, and success criteria with BI and cross-functional teams

• Establish and track project milestones and success metrics

• Communicate project status, progress, timelines, and roadblocks to stakeholders

• Maintain clear visibility into all active BI initiatives and their alignment with priorities

• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and address bottlenecks proactively

• Hold stakeholders accountable to commitments and drive projects with urgency

• Standardize and maintain BI project documentation and standard operating procedures

• Develop consistent reporting structures for BI priorities and progress

• Coordinate meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-up

• Collaborate with Operations PMs to align on project governance and best practices


4. Requirements:


• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, operations, analytics, or related fields

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvements

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Self-driven and able to work with limited supervision

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities

• Clear, direct communication and strong documentation abilities

• Demonstrated ability to enforce accountability and follow-through

• Process-oriented with experience improving workflows and documentation

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
