Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee high-rise construction projects from planning to handover.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project milestones.Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, authority approvals, and project specifications.Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.Implement and monitor HSE standards across the project site.Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.Prepare and present regular project progress reports to senior management.Ensure quality standards are met as per contract and industry best practices.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction, with proven experience in high-rise tower projects in the UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, authority requirements, and construction practices.Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
