The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you will support the delivery of a large portfolio of complex infrastructure programs and projects within a client-side environment. You will play a key role in influencing outcomes across the project lifecycle by working collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

Success in this role will rely on your ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders including asset owners, construction partners, designers, vendors, regulators, and community representatives. You will navigate competing priorities and expectations to drive alignment, manage risk, budget and achieve successful project outcomes.

As a key member of this team, you will be required to:

• Lead multi-disciplinary projects with subject matter experts, client representatives and delivery partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and in accordance with cost, technical, environmental, operational, and social requirements.
• Contribute to the progress of design development, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases across multiple concurrent projects or programs through a variety of contractual models.
• Support continuous improvement of project and program management capabilities, systems and processes.
• Identify and implement improvements in ways of working that benefit individuals, teams, or the broader program.
• Analyse issues and risks to understand cause and assess impact.

Who are you?

To succeed in this opportunity the skills and experience required are:

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or relevant infrastructure industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a client-side or consultant Project Manager, with a solid understanding of scope, risk, scheduling, cost, and construction management.
• Strong communication and reporting skills with experience working across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Understanding of various delivery/contractual models and legislative WHS requirements
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail in reporting
