Were looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will oversee and manage projects for our leisure and entertainment clients, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, decisive leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to work on dynamic, high-impact projects in a fast-paced industry environment.

• Plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates
• Manage project budgets and monitor costs to ensure financial targets are met and resources are utilized efficiently
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans as needed
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, delegating tasks and ensuring accountability and quality delivery
• Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and any issues
• Track project performance using key metrics and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes
• Document project activities, decisions, and lessons learned for continuous improvement
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements
• Facilitate problem-solving sessions and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track
  
  

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably in leisure and entertainment or related industries
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder and client relationship management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Proven ability to develop and execute project plans with attention to detail
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive approach
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Familiarity with the UAE business environment and cultural practices (preferred)
