Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all production activities for events and exhibitions from setup to dismantling.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Oversee site preparation, logistics, and materials handling.
- Manage on-site teams and ensure adherence to safety and compliance requirements.
- Monitor budgets and report project progress to management.
- Responsible for bringing in new sales and preparing accurate cost estimations and quotations
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in event or exhibition production supervision.
- Strong technical and practical knowledge of materials, fabrication, and installation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
