About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Craft and execute project plans that are as ambitious as they are detailed, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and lead project teams, fostering clear communication, collaboration, and alignment with our bold project goals.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure our projects align with business objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop innovative mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Budget Management: Keep a keen eye on project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
• Performance Tracking: Track project performance using cutting-edge tools and techniques, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate our project management processes.
  
  

Experience And Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management and/or Product Management, preferably in a multinational organization, fintech environment, or technology industry.
