Job Description

A Project Manager is a pivotal role within an organization, responsible for leading projects from conception through completion. The individual in this role will oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with coordinating tasks, managing resources, and liaising with stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes. You must be an excellent communicator, capable of effectively conveying information to team members and stakeholders at all levels. Problem-solving and decisiveness will also be critical in driving project success, as you will need to navigate challenges and implement solutions swiftly.


Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders and team members.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and key stakeholders.
  • Identify key performance indicators and project success criteria throughout project life cycle.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and handle issues that arise.
  • Lead and manage project team members, including coaching and training as necessary.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of project management experience in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills are essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients to deliver successful projects.
  • Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or other related certification preferred.
