·      Project Planning and Execution: Craft and execute project plans that are as ambitious as they are detailed, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

·      Team Leadership: Inspire and lead project teams, fostering clear communication, collaboration, and alignment with our bold project goals.

·      Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure our projects align with business objectives.

·      Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop innovative mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

·      Budget Management: Keep a keen eye on project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

·      Performance Tracking: Track project performance using cutting-edge tools and techniques, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

·      Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate our project management processes.

Experience and Qualifications:

·      Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management and/or Product Management, preferably in a multinational organization, fintech environment, or technology industry.

Person Specifications:

·      Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

·      Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Proficiency in project management software and tools.

·      Strategic thinker with tactical execution abilities.

·      Strong problem-solving and decision-making prowess.

·      Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
